All our work is designed and manufactured in-house at our purpose equipped work shop. The work shop is fully equipped with a 3 metre guillotine and 3 metre 110 ton brake press and general work shop kit, all maximum capacity 3mm s/s, in all grades.
We also work with bigger thicknesses with access to laser cutting.
All full set of portable polishing equipment is used for the final finish required, both in shop and on-site.
Manufacture and Installation is carried out by myself and Carl, using our fully equipped vans. All our electrical kits are P.A.T.
tested every 6 months.
We are keen on Health & Safety and are covered by ISO 9000 and Safecontractor Certification which I audit monthly.
Method statements and Risk Assessment are available and we comply with permit to work schemes for hazardous areas, etc.
We have also achieved for the past eight years, our Master Craftsmen Certification, which is audited every year.
My workshop and vans are kept clean / tidy and up to spec, which is a requirement at this level as is my site work. My sites are run with the same level of efficiency and care.
Having worked on many projects we have earned the reputation for efficient manufacturing and accurate installation on time and within budget and working drawings are always issued for your approval.
